Anglesey Against Wind Turbines

Links

There are literally thousands of groups world wide campaigning against wind turbines. Objectors, such as ourselves, suffer from a lack of communication and a lack of cohesion. It says much about the strength of the case against windfarms that so much has been achieved against the breadth & depth of the resources available to developers.

One UK organisation, started by MP Chris Heaton Harris has set up a web site with the avowed intention of providing a centralised location for objectors throughout the UK. AAWT would encourage everybody to register on the site.

The Unit produces occasional Newsletters, accessed through their web site.

Surprisingly (and possibly illegally) they do not make Wind Turbine applications available to the county’s residents through any mechanism than a personal to the Planning Offices.

AAWT’s Campaign pages possibly provide the most comprehensive and up to date listing of turbine applications.
